Product Introduction

Ice Coffee Fiber is meticulously selected from two main components: [coffee] and [mica], with the addition of various special chemical materials. Using polyester, nylon, or viscose as the base, it is manufactured through a specialized textile process.

Product Principle

1. Our company employs a composite coffee yarn structure, incorporating yarn made from coffee grounds and their extracts, allowing coffee to fully dissolve within the yarn. This grants the yarn deodorizing, absorbent, and enhanced sweat-wicking properties.
2. Mica has a layered structure, is transparent and colorless, with a melting point as high as 1300 degrees Celsius. Below 550 degrees Celsius, its physical properties remain entirely unchanged. Its thermal conductivity rate of 1.4 W/m°C (at 20°C) is five times that of ordinary polyester's 0.3, making it an excellent thermal conductor with outstanding heat dissipation characteristics.
3. Nanoscale mica surfaces carry an electric charge and exhibit high hydration, providing excellent water absorption that facilitates cooling.
4. Mica's dual effects of high thermal conductivity and water absorption make nano-mica an excellent next-generation material for cooling and heat dissipation.
5. Combined with coffee and mica, the fiber drawn from raw materials such as polyester, nylon, or viscose offers multiple functional benefits.
